Terrible experience!!! they insisted to park the car themselves so I let them. When I returned to my car after about five hours of it being parked there I found my car with the driver window down all the way my back door fully open and the inside messed up with my phone holder on the floor and stuff. Also the wheel on the passenger side is now completely messed up. and it did not look like that when I left my car there. I had to park there because it was the closes to the hospital.

24 hour parking garage in front of NYU langone hospital. The rate is $8.50 a day. I parked my car here for a few days. I give it a 1 star because an employee tried to scam me. The employees name is Eric figueroa. He said its 8.50 every 12 hours and wanted me to pay upfront. I didnt know how long I was going to stay. I eventually paid the $8.50 a day with another honest person when I came to get my car. Only good thing is 24 hours and it's cheap.

I went to NYULangone for my Pfizer Covid-19 booster shot and this very reasonably priced lot was just down the block from the entrance. Fast, efficient, and courteous service.

They came to help feed the workers of the hospital during COVID. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
