We use an Amarok security system at my job and we have been so pleased with our rep Brandon Fordham. He is always prompt if we have questions or concerns. The couple of times we have needed him to come out to our location he showed up quickly and fixed our issues just as fast. He is always kind and courteous. We are very happy.

Ryan Villagomez was super friendly and knowledgeable and was able to find and resolve our issue very quickly. Also took the time to educate the team on some safety features that we were not previously aware of. Would highly recommend.

Yesterday (Thursday) while I was closing up, my perimeter alarm kept triggering when I armed the gate. I walked the entire fence line myself trying to isolate the issue and couldn’t figure it out. I had to leave the perimeter unarmed, which is not something I’m comfortable with when I’m responsible for securing a large property. I reported it, and by the end of the day today, Friday, Abraham was on site. End of the week. Friday evening. And he still came out ready to work. Within an hour he had me fully up and running again. No hesitation. No excuses. He found the issue, fixed it properly, and made sure everything was solid before leaving. It was 6:33 p.m. when he wrapped up and everything was secure again. That kind of responsiveness matters. Abraham clearly takes pride in what he does

I experienced difficulty rearming the gate after the landscaping team completed cleaning around the fence area. The system was displaying a fault in Zone 3 and would not reengage properly. I contacted Abraham Jaramillo, who assisted me with troubleshooting the code. He also provided a brief overview of how the system operates and what to look for in similar situations. After completing the troubleshooting process, the gate was successfully rearmed and restored to normal operation. Excellent service from Mike Martinez at Amarok. Very professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to fix our electric fence properly and made sure everything was back up and running before he left. Great attitude and quality work—highly recommend.
