I recently had the pleasure of working with Hamid and his team at Amazing Flooring, for a flooring and painting project in my apartment, and I cannot express enough how impressed I am with their services. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and exceeded all of our expectations. Furthermore, I was thoroughly impressed by their outstanding customer service. They were responsive, communicative, and always went above and beyond to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the outcome. It's clear that customer satisfaction is a top priority. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Couldn't be happier with the carpet removal and carpettile installation we received for our commercial office. The owner was veyr nice and his team were quick and efficient in completing the job. Reasonably priced also. Highly recommend.

Poor customer service and very uncommunicative. Needed flooring to finish a job and ordered from here. Hamid, the owner, said it would take 1 week for the box to be delivered. A week passes and he disappears. I'm unable to get a hold of anyone and no update on my floor order. Called everyday for 5 days after when the floors were supposed to be delivered but no luck. Finally I call using a different number and Hamid picks up the phone. When I ask if my floors arrive he claims that the truck was unable to deliver and tells me to go find the floors elsewhere. Before I could even speak he hangs up the phone. Wasted 2 weeks of my time when he could have simply communicated he couldn't get me the floors. Very rude as well.
