Amazing Home and Commercial Maintenance

Recently Bill came out to pressure wash our screened lanai and seal coat our lanai travertine tile. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. Bill was very responsive, friendly and respectful and always on time. He even helped us move some items we couldn’t move on our own. His handyman services were excellent as well. He installed a fan/light fixture and 4 outdoor lights. He also researched a project to change out a built in wine rack into a cabinet. We definitely will recommend Bill to our friends!

I hired Amazing Home and Commercial Maintenance for paver sealing in cape coral, and the results are incredible! My driveway had bad mold and shifting sand, but they did a full deep clean, re-sanded the joints to stop the weeds, and applied a professional 'wet look' sealer that makes the colors pop. It’s rare to find someone local who uses industrial-grade products instead of cheap store-bought stuff—my property looks brand new and is finally protected from the Florida sun. Highly recommend!

The men did a great job soft washing my roof. My neighbor was equally impressed and hired them on the spot to soft wash his roof. Not only was the roof cleaned, they hosed down the house to remove any dirt that washed down from the roof and cleaned the gutters as well. Will hire AHCM again.

We have been using AHCM Services since we moved to Florida 8 years ago. Billy the owner is a great guy, he does the work himself, is detailed and professional. From start to finish the jobs are down with detail and clean !! Great experiance. I'm a contractor and I have gone through a few people that say they can handle garage floors. There always is some issue. Amazing Home & Commercial answered the phone was great with communication and showed up when they said they would.They grinded the garage 1st for prep. The made sure my stress cracks were not filled with extra/loose flakes and checked the corners to make sure all expoxy was not just sitting in the corners. I alway check work and they pulled through. Very happy with the job they did so I gave them 3 other new constructions houses to do!!!!
