Amazon Stone

My experience was wonderful! I had a complete bathroom remodel: floors, cabinets, shower, sinks, mirrors, fixtures replaced.They even replaced a total wall mirror with a door and partial wall! It looks beautiful! The designer assisted me every step of the way. They all were professional, arrived when they were supposed, and made suggestions. Hopefully, they will be remodeling my kitchen next year!!

Bob Dilworth and the onsite construction team, led by Victor at Amazon Stone, were exceptional in successfully assisting us with the completion of our dream master bathroom renovation. From the initial stages of selecting tiles for the shower flooring and walls, as well as fixtures, their customer service was exemplary. Bob's guidance regarding various materials for the shower bench and the privacy glass for the window, that already existed in the shower, were both helpful and necessary, as I had no idea how much of a variety of available options there were. The construction team consistently adhered to schedules and exercised great caution to avoid damage to our floors and rugs during the demolition of the existing bathroom. We are very pleased with our experience with Amazon Stone from help with making our choices to the final installation . We had bathroom countertops and a kitchen sink installed. Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and took care of our every need. We highly recommend using Amazon Stone.

The owner, despite being at our house twice, took no notes for our job. I had to write the length of the cuts we wanted on an envelope I had laying nearby. So when our job was ready for the stone to be installed, we called in and no one could find our file with job notes or specifications for our stone. The appointment setter (Candy is awesome!!), said there was nothing to be found. So I told her again our dimensions. They went by measurements only (of which we were told to call in with once the contractor had the seat built). The problem with using measurements only is that they don’t account for imperfections in walls (not perfectly square). When the seat didn’t fit exactly, instead of creating a template to match our seat (as I am told should have happened), they cut the end straight up

I am so glad I found this hidden gem of a company to help with a personal kitchen remodel as well as several client remodels. I loved that I had a team member so knowledgeable to help make material and color decisions. I ultimately chose to work with them for this reason over big box stores in order to have good old fashioned in person customer service should any problems arise. We loved our new counters and flooring and the team that did the install were very professional and courteous and did a thorough job. I plan on turning to them again for bathroom project coming up soon!
