Accidentally locked myself out of the house. I decided to call up this company in order to help me in this situation and it only took the locksmith around 15 minutes to get to my home. After just 5 minutes, I found myself back in the house! I just got very quick and professional service all for a great price! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Very disappointed with the service I received (currently waiting for the manager to call me back after I left a complaint). First - prices are misleading, when I called and asked for the rate I was told $15 to come out and $35 to start work. I assumed it would be more but the worker who arrived hiked the price to $120. How do we jump about 110%? I speak to the manager and they gave me the military discount for a price of $99. Second - The worker obviously didn’t know what he was doing. My husband and I waited for 45 mins for him to try and open the door. He was not successful. My husband went to neighbors house and borrowed a ladder and climbed to the second story and got us in. Meanwhile the worker is still struggling. He drilled a hole in the lock and still didn’t know what he was doing.

I accidently locked myself out of the office, So i called this place in palmetto spoke with a lady that told me it would be no longer then 30 minutes. I had to wait outside in the hot sun for almost 2 hours. When the man gets here, he opened the door which literally took him 10 seconds to open and preceeded to tell me it would be $179.00. That is outrageous. We had all the locks changed and was given 4 sets of keys and was only charged around $90. First I have to wait 2 hours then you charge me $179.00 for 10 seconds worth of your time? I promise this company will never use this place again and i will make sure by word of mouth everyone here knows how this place will scam you. Terrible service.

Absolutely the Best company in the area. I’ve called them yesterday cause I locked myself out. I ask for quotes , they told me ETA of 25 min They arrived after 15 min !! Tech was polite and professional . And the price was exactly what they told me over the phone . Thank you guys Highly recommended!!

My error in locking keys in house. Agent was ok with meeting at a specific time to unlock door. Fast, corteous but price was steep with very little room for a discount. Concern as no I.D. was asked for.....just wanted payment.
