We've been Ambassador customers for 5 years and they are incredible dependable and have delivered fuel oil for us at the nick of time. Customer service there is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend them.

Been using Ambassador for past 2 years after getting abused & robbed by other crooked oil companies in The Bronx. Best, honest most reliable oil delivery company in The Bronx NYC area. Like most other oil companiies, stealing and pumping air with oil into tanks is definitely not a business practice you’ll find occurring with or at Ambassador Oil. Highly recommend George and Ambassador Oil for all of your oil and boiler needs.

We just finished a rough winter season and the service i received from Ambassador fuel was dependable throughout the heating season.. I certainly appreciate their honesty and dependability during all the snow storms we endured this year. Thanks Ambassador for keeping us warm and comfortable this past winter....

Very VERY VERY BAD SERVICE!! I’ve used this company four times. And every single time I’ve had to speak with a man named George. This man is extremely rude!! If you haven’t used there company in the time they consider appropriate they refuse to help you. I just called this company 30 mins ago and his exact words were “you haven’t used our company in 6 months so don’t call my company again.” And hung up. I called back again to make a complaint and the operator put me back on the line with him again!

Very bad customer service. If you do not have an account with them do not call as their employees will not even hear what you have to say. The moment the gentlemen that called me realized I did not have an account he cut me off did not allow me to say one more word and hung up on me. I do not recommend this company for any one in need of heat and or oil services.
