Ambassador Mid-West Floor

I had carpet installed on the entire second floor and a new custom size rug bound by Ambassador and I am so pleased with the results. I shopped around at other companies and the difference is astonishing. Their showroom is so much larger and holds many brands I could not find anywhere else. From the moment you walk in you are welcomed by a friendly receptionist and professional staff. John Carpenter was my sales associate and I cannot say enough about how knowledgeable and responsive he was. He is a true professional. Used Mid-West recently for some new engineered wood floors. Contacted them via the website about the exact product I was interested in. They went to the house the next day to measure and had a quote to me the following day. They were able to accommodate our tight install date. Install went very well, extremely happy with the results. Will use again.

The carpet was short ordered to be price competitive. The carpet was not wrapped and was delivered with the one end of several rolls filthy and unwrapped to protect it during the delivery process. It looked as if the rolls were dragged through the warehouse after cutting. The installers said not to worry, they can trim the dirty ends...., huh! Very poor installation, you can easily see the seams in the hallway. The carpet they removed showed absolutely no seams. This is a great place to get carpet ideas but we will not use them again.

Ambassador recently replaced the carpet in several rooms of our house with hardwood. Beginning with our sales contact, Clair Pangilinan, through the scheduler, and ending with the installers, Travis, Brian/Bryan, and Anthony, and a final visit upon completion of the installation by Joe Guldner, we could not be happier. Clair is a no-nonsense guy, thorough, efficient, and to the point. He laid out our options and quickly provided a proposal and helped with financing. From beginning to end, he responded promptly to our questions. While he was surveying our job, I asked Clair to look at a project on a lower level that we are considering. I described the area I was thinking of changing, and he suggested that the room would look larger, less divided, if I reduced the area. It wasn’t a large red

Two separate locations with identical lack of response. Spent time with Jeff ( who was very pleasant ), salesman in Chesterfield regarding hardwood floor samples.After choosing a color,for him to start our search,along with giving him our full contact information,never reached out to us.We then called the Glendale location and spoke with Steve who took our information.He said he would call back in a few minutes and never did. Both locations reveal a complete lack of follow-up. I am thankful the company's true colors came out before we invested any money Whatever Midwest floor built their company in St.louis on is gone. Beware !!! Use discernment on how a company treats you before the sale,for when there is a problem,the treatment should be no surprise.
