Amazing experience! The techs were timely, considerate of the animals in the home, communicated before and after the process and made the whole interaction very easy. Pictures and receipt of invoice was delivered within an hour of their service, 10/10 would recommend.

I was very pleased with the service and can't say I shared the same experience of a previous reviewer. I found expectations to be well set in advance and logical for what they'd need to do. There were some access points that needed opening up and they did so very considerately. They took many precautions to protect my walls, corners, and floors. They were friendly and personable, advised me on some quality of life opportunities and were very pleasant to work with and cleaned up thoroughly after themselves. I found the price to be very reasonable and costs were stated very clearly upfront. I knew exactly how many vents I had and what they would charge for the entire project. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend going with Amber’s. While they seem very thorough during the estimate process and were recommended by our HOA president, we didn’t find the higher costs to be associated with a better value in the end. To start, the estimate was based on an average number of vents, and when they counted the number of vents upon arrival, we were told it would be $100 more due to 5 more vents. As a result, I would just be conscious that the estimate given could vary dramatically even if you have just a few more vents. During the walk through, I mentioned that we weren’t instructed to move any furniture and the technician mentioned that it wouldn’t be a problem and that they work around furniture. Worth every penny! The before and after photos they show you are pretty impressive. I don't think our ducts have ever been cleaned and there was quite a bit dust build up in spots. Had to use the tractor to help them get their vacuum system to where they could have easy access but it all worked out. Would highly recommend Amber's Air Duct Cleaning.
