Where do I start. The reason for my 5 star. I have been having issues with my heating system for a while. Other companies have serviced it and ripped me off because the problem never got resolved. I went through my home warranty and they referred me to this company Ambient Air, Inc. They were amazing. Brittany I believe she works the front office was so nice, professional and really concerned about the issue. She set up an appointment. We were without heat and they sent Jason out to assess. He immediately knew what the problem was and was able to temporarily get us heat until the other parts came in. We needed 4 dampers and a brand new Zone Board, because the one we purchased from the other company didn't work!! Lee was amazing and Andrew was amazing. The entire team worked together and

These guys did a great job! Jason and his team are very responsive, knowledgeable and friendly. The pricing for an annual maintenance plan was very reasonable. They performed a thorough inspection of my units and did not try to upsell me on unnecessary parts or services. The tech also volunteered helpful DIY suggestions to repair some attic insulation deficiencies he noticed to improve HVAC efficiency. I would definitely recommend and use them again!

I normally don't do reviews I leave that up to my wifr, however I had to say something. Jason at AMBIENT AIR INC. Has been amazing. Our original call/service was because we weren't getting enough heat through our vents. Jason and his team came out identified the problem and did the job put in Dampers. Jason came back to assess the job and noticed additional work needed to be done. Without hesitation Jason agreed to complete the additional work. My wife has been in communication with Brittany who sets up the appointments and the office has been on top of things. Great customer service. I've dealt with many companies and people who wasn't so pleasant and honest, for me that's not good!! This is not the case with this Team/Company. I highly recommend AMBIENT AIR INC. 10 STAR

I had Jason and his crew upgrade our existing HVAC systems with 4” filtration, an Aprilaire humidifier and an air purification system. As always they provided professional service. Delivered on time and correct the first time at a reasonable price. We will continue to give Ambient Air our service.

Jason with Ambient Heating and Air recently diagnosed a problem we were having with our gas heating system. He clearly explained the issues and gave us multiple options to choose from to make the repair/replacement. He was able to come out within 24 hours of our call, had the parts ordered, and then came back in just a few days to install the new parts/system. It has been working flawlessly since! We will continue to use Ambient for our heating and a/c needs.
