Amechi Fence

Would never do business with them! Delivery driver, allegedly named Happy, was extremely rude. Pulled up playing nasty rap music, never called to say they were coming. Demanding a check when he showed up, stating it's company policy. When asked why they didn't call, which is company policy, stated "well I was just down the road" again which was reiterated, well your yelling company policy, proceeds to curse me out. After getting the check, drops the material then flips me off when driving away. Not a wonderful experience.

I wanted to extend my appreciation for a job well done with my fence. Everything went flawless from ordering, delivering, and installation. Everyone was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused. Also want to pass on kudos to the delivery guy who operated the unloading of the fence like a surgeon. We were nervous because of the newly resurfaced driveway, but the delivery driver was very cautious, took his time, and when finished you could not even tell he was here. The installers were awesome, as well. The took there time due to the high winds to ensure everything with the install went perfect. They treated my property like it was their property. From call #1 they came out did the measurements. I got the estimate via email and set up dates for installation. They dropped off the material and then a day or later the contractor came out and did the work. They did a fabulous job and even made some great suggestions. I'm very pleased with the work they did. It was a little pricey

This was my 3rd time using Amechi in 5 years. Since the first 2 experiences were great, it made sense to go back to them to complete my project. This was a mistake! Amechi is now Fence USA and under different ownership. They are totally unorganized. Took too many weeks to return phone calls; didn't know how to handle a cash transaction at the desk and the delivery driver couldn't back up in my driveway straight so he left tire tracks all over a newly seeded lawn. I called to let them know and they were to get back to me. ...still waiting... I must admit, Bonnie the estimator and Steve the installer are top notch people. Probably hold overs through the transition. Steve was here all 3 times to install and if he leaves them, there would be no reason for anyone to do business with Fe

After several calls to receive an estimate and NO return call, I stopped in to inquire about an estimate. The gentleman took my information and said someone would call me in a day.... it's been three weeks and no one has called. Clearly business is good! I was able to give a smaller company a big job who I would not have normally selected. And they did a fantastic job and was able to get 2 referrals from my one job. Follow up is key folks! A call to say we are behind would have sufficed.
