Called on a Saturday for a estimate the person who was the owner's son came late and gave me an estimate that was great, told me to call to have the carpet installed which I called that Monday and set the time for Tuesday @ 8:30 am no call on Tuesday until 4:00 pm to reschedule for Wednesday @8:30 am which was changed to 11:30 am, then I received a call stating that it was not Going to happen then I have dealed with this company before with out this drama I would like to deal with them again but I can't keep putting off the instalation of this carpet any longer this company needs to get it together to go futher. X
