The order process went great. I ordered 2 seperate orders consisting of 1 - Vinyl and 1 - Chain Link. When I recieved my Vinyl order it was packaged so badly that several of the rails were broken. I have had to file a damage claim with FedEx Freight that has yet to be paid. When I received my black chain link once again the packaging was so bad that every piece of rail and the post were scratched to the point that they will have to be painted before installaion. I have contacted America's Fence Store both by phone and email with no call back except to ask for pictures, that was several days ago. Also, one of the rolls of chain link looks as if it has had a lift fork ran through it that cause damage as well.

Ameri Fence installed a 6 foot cedar board-on-board privacy fence on my property 15 years ago. They have honored the warranty covering the fence posts when they needed repair and replacement. I am very satisfied with the quality of work and service Ameri Fence has provided.

I reached out for service on a commercial gate they installed that has failed and has become inoperable. They asked for pics and I sent them but no reply. I called and left messages and no reply. I called the main number and stated to the person that answered the phone that I am not getting a response and I asked if there was someone else I need to talk to, and was told the person I have been calling is "the guy". At this point I feel that this company will not support their work or their products on the back end. I will do whatever I can to avoid using this company in the future.

We needed 2 new panels and a post for our fence which was damaged, Ryan Sexton went above and beyond to determine the correct panels to buy and made the whole transaction seamless. It is hard to find good customer service at this time and Ryan was top notch! Thank you!

Poor communication. Order was delayed due to covid which is understandable. None of this was communicated to me. Expected ship date came and went. Took multiple emails and phone calls to get a new ship date which was also missed. Upon another follow up email I got an order shipped confirmation. Will update once fence arrives.
