Wanted to share the amazing service we received from the team at Ameri-Tech. Our water heater and piping was failing. It was late in the day and needed help with the unit. I contacted Ameri-Tech and they came over right away to see what could be done. After serious consideration we chose to replace it with a new one. The old unit was done! They are very reasonable with pricing and were attentive to our needs. Very professional! They said they would come in early next day and would have it replaced and tested. They did not disappoint one bit! They showed up as promised and did an extraordinary job! I cannot express how happy we are that our new water heater is working great! I just purchased an newly built home and I am experiencing issues with the hot water not lasting for more than about 15 minutes. This contractor and/or company is the one who did the work but does not want to honor the warranty. They were not only contacted by me many times but also by the builder Monna homes and were told about the issue. They insisted that it was the water heater having issues and decided to replace the water heater not once but twice costing me huge amounts of water lost which I need to pay. The issue continues where we wont have long lasting hot water. It's a 50 gallon water heater meaning that it should last a long time not just about 15 minutes. The water heater was tested multiple times by many of Ameri-tech employees including Mark the owner himself. Not only that

I will never use this company again. They came out to do repair on two of my toilets. They ended up cracking the porcelain on one of my toilets and never solved the leaking problem on the other toilet. The person who took my phone calls throughout this ordeal ( his name is Chip) was very rude and unresponsive to my complaints. I am left with a cracked toilet that he refuses to take responsibility for and another toilet that the leaking problem is still unresolved. I, nor anyone else should ever call this company for plumbing service.
