America Roofing recently replaced my 23-year-old shingle roof and I couldn't be more pleased with everything. From start to finish, Jason Brown, my primary contact with America, was honest, transparent and extremely professional. And their price beat all the other companies I called for quotes. I highly recommend America roofing. They get an A+ in my book.

They did the roofing for my new Richmond American home, and didn't do a good job. Tiles are chipped and cracked, tiles are missing, tiles are not aligned properly, and this is all right over the entrance, the most visible part of the roof. I'm trying to get it fixed, but I have to go through Richmond American to do anything. I'm considering just paying a legitimate roofer just to spare myself the stress of begging for people to fix what I already paid them to do once.

After having several estimates on replacing my roof I accepted their bid because it was the lowest and they offered financing which I set up with Greensky. Four months of my precious time later they still couldn’t give me a project start date. The worst part of it was zero communication from them. Not one text, email or phone call to update me on what was happening I had to call them and never got a straight answer. It was one excuse after another. The weather, not enough workers, etc. I guess that’s their game in to giving you the lowest bid and think you will wait forever. My house suffered damage from the monsoons that could have been prevented if they would have been honest with me from the beginning that they bit off more than they could chew.

America Roofing is now MY roofer. They do excellent work, are always on time, clean up very well after the job is done and the workers are extremely friendly and helpful. Trustworthy. Estimates right on the dot. And prices reasonable.
