American Window Washing did our outdoor Christmas lights on our house in December 2025. Excellent work!! Super easy to work with, very responsive, and the lights were beautiful ! Will definitely use them again! They came for a quote and to talk about what I wanted, did a great install, and came back in a timely manner to takedown at the end of the holiday season. Excellent service all around!!

Daniel and his team always do a great job washing the exterior of the windows on our 6 unit 3 story condo building in Edgebrook. We have used his services for several years now and always continue to work with them because he and his crew are not only always courteous but Daniel is very responsive and most importantly, the work is done well. Daniel also worked with us to help wash the exterior of the south side 3rd story unit from the interior due to a narrow space in between our building and the neighboring building and appreciated his willingness to not only solve a problem but allow us to get the entire job done. I would highly recommend him and his crew for exterior window washing.

Daniel and his crew are punctual, professional and do a great job. They washed all the windows, screens, and sills again this year, and last year installed a cover on my second story dryer vent to stop the birds from nesting inside. He also strings holiday lights, should you need that service. Highly recommended!
