⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding service from Wander at American Air Inc.! Wander did an exceptional job at my home. He completed a deep clean on two of my mini-splits and installed three kumo Cloud units so I can now control my temperature right from my phone. His professionalism, politeness, and attention to detail stood out from start to finish. Everything was left clean, working perfectly, and clearly explained. I’m extremely satisfied with the quality of his work and the level of service he provided. Highly recommend Wander and American Air Inc. for anyone needing HVAC service!

Dave and Kenny were our technicians for installing a new HVAC system and completely new duct work throughout the house. They did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to have around. They cleaned up all the mess before leaving. Also, Lamar was a great sales rep and the one that measured everything for the job. He has a happy disposition and made us feel like we were valued. The pricing was fair. We have been taken care of by another employee named, Chuck. He has helped us for a few years. We know we can trust Chuck and it has been true of each person we deal with at American Air. THIS ASPECT IS HARD TO FIND.

The overall experience with American Air was excellent! Julia was super helpful with the scheduling and able to help advise on estimated timing. Dylan came out to do the actual service on my systems. He was friendly and super thorough in his work. At the end he was able to clearly explain what he did and go over options moving forward. He even went the extra mile to coordinate delivery of a part so he could finish the service in one visit and get some additional opinions from his team so we could figure out best path forward. Extremely pleased with my overall experience with American Air.

Mark and Arnie recently came to do work and as usual, they were knowledgeable, respectable and wonderful people. American Air hires the best people who clearly know the value of bringing top notch customer service every time. They are the best!

I have never dealt with such an efficient, knowledgeable, professional, reliable customer service company. They have been a huge help for my hvac needs. I was stuck having to figure out how I am going to fix the problem with having to replace the entire system. They came over and assessed the situation and worked with me to be able to work out the cost of the system. I recommend them highly and I will use them for all my hvac needs.
