An exceptional experience! I was in need of getting my older gas water heater replaced. I contacted American and I was greeted by a friendly voice named Rebecca. Rebecca scheduled a quick appointment to get an estimate scheduled around my busy schedule. A technician named Sean came out and gave me 2 estimate options, both very reasonable. I booked my choice with Rebecca and she proceeded to schedule the installation again around my schedule. Sean who gave the estimate, was my tech to perform the install. I liked that it was the same person who visited my home so he knew what to expect without any issues. Sean was courteous, polite and professional.
