We have used American Air Systems for quite a while now for multiple air conditioning needs. Every time we call the office, the person who initially speaks to us is very friendly and always willing to help. Each person who comes to our house is the same way. They are beyond friendly and will explain things on a level we can understand. This is hands down one of the best companies to deal with.

As a follow-up to my recent 5 star review of American Air, if I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. I recently had to call them for a problem I was having with my emergency drain line to my AC. It was a tricky problem to diagnose, which required a couple of visits. I was extremely impressed with their responsiveness, and their determination to get the problem diagnosed and to provide resolution. They even dispatched a service manager to personally observe the issue and work with me on explaining the issue. They expended an enormous amount of time - all of it covered by one initial service fee. I could not be more impressed with this company's comittment to customer service and satisfaction.

We have used American Air Systems both at my home as well as at work. Excellent service and they are very prompt and very reliable. We use them for our A/C systems, generators and now for plumbing services. They also offer maintenance plans at a very reasonable price.
