AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. They are shady. Broke my mother’s washer with a “repair” and now are dodging calls. They charged my mother who is taking care of my terminally ill father for a service that should’ve been covered by the warranty. This is a shady company and their employees are rude. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. MY MOTHER HAS NOT HAD A FUNCTIONING WASHER FOR 2 WEEKS.

Terrible customer service! I bought a 4 year warranty and after 2.5 years called in for a single service to my ice maker. The guy who answered "Mike", not sure if that's his real name or not, was belligerent when he answered the phone and throughout the entire conversation, he raised his voice, spoked down to me, spoke over me when I was speaking and would ask silly questions that even when I was answering he would cut me off and then raise his voice. I simple wanted to get service that I paid for but this gentlemen was not in a good mood from the start and had no interest in helping me get service. Much later, when I received an electronic notice that my part was in and to call and schedule an appointment, I also received this gentlemen on the phone who insisted the part had not come in

I was referred to this company by 2-10 Home Warranty. AMS appliances is garbage. My fear is that they'll just change their name because they're an LLC and come back as the same garbage under a different company name.

I did not choose this company. They were assigned to me by my home warranty company. American Appliance Repair was extremely non responsive. I had to make multiple phone calls before they answered. After diagnosing my issue they said they would return to make the repair. A month later I still hadn’t heard from them. In fact my home warranty company also tried to call them and they did not answer. When they finally did, they immediately scheduled my appointment. Ergo, you were ready but never called me (the customer) to set up the appointment. I set it up from 1 - 4 pm and on the day of they claimed they had my window from 2 - 5 pm. All in all, my experience with their customer service has been terrible. I’m extremely dissatisfied. If they had been waiting for my parts all along, they could

Terrible service! Stay away from this company if you can. They were assigned to me by LG for my refrigerator repair, collected the payment for repair from LG, and then were not able to repair the fridge. They said they will come back after discussing with LG on the next steps. I just checked the LG website and my job is listed as complete! What a dishonest person and company. Oh, did I mention extremely rude over the phone as well?
