Top notch ... great communications and quality of work! We had an area of our finished basement that would get wet & damp after heavy rains. From initial contact, Monty impressed me with his responsiveness and professionalism. He came out the day after we spoke to assess the situation, and recommended a retrench with new french drain piping in that section of the basement along with an additional sump pit for that area (our other sump pit is on the other side of home & quite shallow). He was very knowledgeable, confident, and I really liked his solution (vs what others offered) ... so we hired them. I've spoken with Monty twice regarding issues with my crawl space. Monty is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. It turns out his company is not a good fit for the work I need to do but his advice, understanding of basement/crawl space issues, and his HONESTY have been key in helping me navigate an unfamiliar world. While I can't speak specifically to the work they do I can say without a doubt the know their stuff and will not sell you something you don't need. Very refreshing interaction.

Monty was excellent in both his response and explanations on the the process. His estimate of the timing for the process was spot on. Brandon and his crew were great! They left the area clean each day, were respectful and curtious, and kept us updated with the progress of the work. Thank you all for making a stressful situation easy to deal with.

American Basement Company is an excellent company to work with. The quality of work was excellent, and has a very dedicated group of workers. The project was completed even before the specified time. I always review a company before I hire them. In looking on the website I notice this company has received nothing but great reviews. The only negative review is from someone that did not even hire them and did not leave any name for reference (maybe a competitor). I can tell you that American Basement completed the work necessary and with professionalism. It took them about two days and the workers were always on time and kept me informed every step of the way. The owner called after the work was completed and ask me if I was satisfied with the work performed.. He was honest, upfront, and professional throughout the entire process.
