I contacted American crawl spaces to fix a water leak in my basement Steve Trafficanta came over took a look at it what a great professional and knowledgeable person to meet he gave me a very reasonable estimate and set a date to start the job we ran through an expected issues wich he took care off I am very happy with the work Thanks to Steve and Miguel and the rest of the crew it was a pleasure to get to know them

Best decision EVER to go with this family owned business. Knowledgeable, timely and responsive. They truly care for their customers and employees. We were thrilled with how quickly they were able to come out to give an estimate & to get us scheduled. The only company that cared enough to put up protective barrier to protect our belongings & HVAC. They even were going to move our things for us. Cannot say enough about them. You will not be sorry when you choose them!

Steve came to my house within 30 minutes to check out the problem. He quickly determined the issue and offered a solution. 2 days later we decided to have him do the work. The NEXT DAY a crew was there and within 5 hours the project was done and they left it spotless. I hope to never use them again but recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

I hired AC to cement and waterproof my crawlspace. This is what I got. The covered my door and main plumbing stack. The foam is sloppy and looks like chewing gum. It covers the top of cedar block walls. I also hired the company to foam the entire wall. They only did the wood part. Even though the invoice says they would foam the entire wall. I was under the impression the entire wall would be treated. This is why the price went up $1000 more. When asked to correct it. I was brushed off and just told to keep the remaining. I asked again if it could be corrected and was told they wouldnt come back out.

I had so much dirt in my crawlspace, there was puddling water, duct work rotting out , gas line pipe laying in the dirt and rotted out developed a gas leak, I couldn't access areas to make repairs, it was a hot mess down there. American basement and crawlspace dug so much dirt out of my crawlspace and fixed everything needed and made it look like the pictures I seen online, it looks amazing, so happy with the whole job, all the workers were great and Steve worked with me to get everything done. Awesome outcome
