Had some issues on the Home Depot end of things (i.e they sent some of the wrong supplies, they delivered the supplies outside of the delivery window when there was no one home, etc) - but the installers themselves were fantastic! They were very friendly, fast, clean, and efficient. They had to come back to install the quarter round where HD had delivered the wrong color, and they came back promptly and finished the job within an hour. I'm very happy with the results, and I had some tricky spots (i.e they had to install around a rounded brick hearth) and it came out flawless and beautiful. The customer service reps were also very helpful and prompt with getting the installation dates set up. Would 100% recommend.

One star - because there is no option to give zero star. Went through Home depot and regreted it mainly due to poor installation. Installer did not show up during the confirmed window and then kept pushing to the point where it was late in the evening and then articulately said install process will take 3-4 hours. We decided to cancel the order but it was late on the Home Depot end as carpet order was placed and after 7 weeks waiting it was received by the installer. ACS manager assured that they will do a good job. We were so disappointed after waiting so long and such a bad service upon installing. I got very nervous reading these reviews but I had already purchased our carpet at Home Depot and set up install with AC south. They did a fabulous job! We had our carpets installed this morning in Haverhill Ma. Carlos showed up and got right to work. He was with another guy but I can't remember his name. They were very nice and professional, the carpet in both rooms looks fantastic and they cleaned everything and vacuumed. We are very pleased. Please tell Carlos and the other man we appreciate the work they did.

DO NOT ORDER FLOORING FROM HOME DEPOT I should have read these reviews first. It has been a total nightmare. While the ACS installers were removing my old tile to replace with vinyl plank, they did not put up any dust barriers, so my entire home was covered in construction dust. Then they discovered old tile that they thought may have contained asbestos and had to immediately stop work. That is completely understandable, but I was given no instructions about what to do except "call a testing company." The workers left with sharp debris all over my kitchen, which was already stripped to the subfloor (which is crumbling and continuing to make dust). Once the asbestos test came back clear, they said they couldn't come back to finish for another 3 weeks!!! I asked to cancel the order and they

PLEASE NEVER BUY FLOORING THROUGH HOME DEPOT! Because if you do, you will end up with ACS “installing” your flooring. I can’t even begin to describe the nightmare that went on for months regarding getting my hardwood flooring installed. The only redeeming quality of this company is that they (finally, after three failed install dates/unqualified “installers” showing up) sent Julio (up from New Jersey to my home in New Hampshire) to finally get the job done. Julio was lovely, polite and professional. This company should not be in business. I have some insane email correspondence between me, Home Depot, and ACS regarding this matter to back up my claims.
