Ron and his compatriot provided excellent customer service; they methodically worked their way through our our property... everywhere they went, the carpet became so much brighter and /so/ much fresher. It's amazing how much better the carpet looks and smells here at the Hilton Home2 Suites in Knoxville, Tennessee. Thank you, guys.

The lady that answers the phone is extremely rude and not helpful. I used to work for a carpet cleaning company a while ago in the early 2000's and we didn't treat potential customers that way. She wouldn't give her name, and I won't be calling back. Very rude, just be decent.
