Our family just purchased a home in Independence. Over the winter our whole HVAC system went down. Coming from a different state we had no contacts down here. We were recommended Mark with American Heating and Cooling, and we have been absolutely happy with the work him and his crew provided. Not your typical in and out company. These guys will break it down, walk you through everything, and show you want needs done. They’re quick to find the problem and quick to get you on the schedule to provide the work. 100% would recommend to anyone needing work.

I've been a Very Satisfied Customer of American Comfort since they installed my Heating/AC Unit. I found out that I had No Heat due to a burned out thermostat on Friday, February 20th. Mark went Above and Beyond to send Joe, a Very Nice and Professional Serviceman to help me out. I feel so blessed!!

Mark and his team are absolutely amazing! My furnace went out and needed to be replaced. After getting several quotes, I chose to use American Comfort Heating and Air. Mark was honest, fair pricing, and directed me through their financing options. I had my furnace and central air unit replaced. Above all, Mark and his team are personable, they showed up on time as scheduled and got everything done in a timely manner. I would definitely refer them to anyone needing help with HVAC issues.

American Comfort was super easy to schedule with, with appointment times very soon from my call. Emily was so sweet on the phone, and Mark was very personable and informative! I will definitely be calling for Mark to come back to service our unit in the spring!

Called the American comfort team to get my furnace looked at and they were right on it. How came and cleaned the unit changed the thermostat. Him and his apprentice were so nice and thoughtful of my house and my belongings. Thank you again American Comfort.
