We had a complete new furnace and A/C installed with some challenging older house issues. Schneller & Knochelmann’s installers displayed a complete knowledge of how to properly design, fit, install, and tune the new system. They worked methodically and non-stop to complete the installation in one day, including challenging conditions on the outdoor A/C unit. The company’s planning process making sure the team had all the necessary parts, tools, kits, and protective floor covers from their central warehouse was outstanding. We’ve had various major house updates done in the past 15 years and nobody’s come close to S & K delivering exactly what was promised, on time, with no shortcuts. Would recommend them to anyone.

Even though I did not hire Schneller for my system install, Dylan stayed in touch and showed genuine concern for my situation. When the company I chose struggled and turned what was supposed to be a 1-day install into a 14-day ordeal, Dylan kept checking in, offering advice, and showing me what true customer care looks like. The most impactful moment came when Dylan personally came to my home after the install was complete (by another company). He inspected the system, explained how it worked, and reassured me that the equipment was installed to a professional standard. That peace of mind was priceless after everything

This company was fantastic. Andrew initially came out and checked out our system and gave us the facts and wasn’t pushy at all. Larry was very informational and kept in contact when he wasn’t able to be there. He answered any questions we had. Jonny, Nate, David, & Eric did a great job with the install. They were clean and efficient. We love having peace mind with our system.

SK has always provided excellent service and this was no exception! We received a call for service less than 2 hours after we called to request it. The service technicians were great and were able to clear out our main sewer line in about 90 minutes. Highly recommend this company!

We just had a new furnace and air conditioner installed by Schneller Knockelmann. The technicians did an excellent job. They cleaned up and took time to explain how the system worked. I will definitely use them and recommend them to everyone. I am retired but have experience as an electrician and refrigerant technician. I know quality when I see it
