This company came out to repair a pizza oven and sent someone so inexperienced. Eating the clock sitting in his van, asking how to fix it from his colleagues, then he comes in and tells me it needs a gas valve which was $680. Non-returnable. With a vibe I got from him, I didn’t want him to come back. I just ordered the part myself, and it wasn’t the gas valve. It was simple: no gas present to the oven; a check valve in the line gave away. Enclosed the supply. Easy fix. Upon calling the company and explaining the situation, I requested a refund for at least coming out. Supposedly, they said they had five hours of labor in it when he was there for an hour and 15 minutes. And supposedly, the person that they sent out told them I needed a gas valve and an igniter.
