Delivered what we needed, appreciated the service. Didn’t appreciate the snippy dispatcher, no reason to be jerky when we’re paying $1000+ a load for material. I would still use them again though.

I've never had a bad experience. Pretty easy to work with.

i called ahead and inquired about 1 ton of 1" rocks. I went, weighed, held up 1 finger for 1 ton. He loaded rocks onto my trailer. I weighed again then went in to pay. He told me it was 2 tons 62.00. I told him I ordered 1 ton. He said, "well you never said for sure." I FOR SURE never said 2 tons! He said something about shovelling it off my trailer. It's a dump trailer. We could have dumped it and started over, which I didn't respond with that idea. I handed him my credit card as he glared at me. He also said he figured I'd wave him off to stop while loading. I have no idea how many rocks is 1 ton!!! But he knows!!! I was told before I ever went there they would overload you. I was not counting on spending 62.00! I need that additional 30.00+ dollars for something else!
