New Lennox heat pump and air handler installed by Andy and Trey with assistance from Caleb and Cole. These guys are the most professional and competent techs I have met. The team showed up on time, got to work and had my old system out and new system installed in no time. The area they worked in was left better than when they arrived, leaving no messes and a new meticulously installed heat pump with humidifier. Working with Waldorf Riley has been seamless, from the quote with Chad, scheduling with Kiley and Christina, I couldn't ask for a better install. We even had a guest appearance from Jess as he stopped by on the way to Wichita to ensure everything was going as planned. Incredible team at Waldorf Riley! Keep up the great work!

I contacted Waldorf Riley after purchasing a new home and realized we needed a new Furnace and Air conditioner. I spoke with Kiley on multiple occasions regarding the many questions I had, and she was quick to answer all of them! She was also very knowledgeable about what my options were. Very professional! When the day came for installation, the techs quickly got to work. Out with the old and in with the new. Trey and Drew were very polite, professional, and knew what they were doing. Waldorf Riley made it a point to get my heat going before the cold temperatures moved in, assuring my family we would stay warm. I highly recommend this company.

Jess the salesman/ estimator did a great job explaining what equipment was needed and quoted a fair price. The installers Caleb and Andy were professional and worked quickly getting the old system out and the new system installed. I’m very pleased with their work. Luke was able to make it out to our facility two hours early and get our assisted living AC running again. Took him less than an hour! For Lennox and Rheem service, Waldorf Riley is a must!

Had an issue with my new unit. Caleb came out and fixed me right up. This company is great and knows how to take care of their customers!! Love them. .Brandon and Payton put in a new HVAC system for me. They did a fabulous job. Very professional. Cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend this company!!
