American Concrete Foundations and Walls

Poor customer service. Spoke to 2 different personnel Eric and Bobby. Eric said he would have estimate completed with in 2 days. I called to follow up and no response. A few days later I received a call from Bobby saying that he would provide an estimate by Sunday. Explained what I needed for bid and to complete a site visit as I wanted to ensure accuracy versus just sending photos. The following Tuesday I called to follow up and it still had not been completed and he stated he didnt want to go look at the driveway and provide an estimate as it may not be worth his time. Guess he didn't realize that I am a General contractor for the entire state of AL, GA, TN, NC and SC and source local vendors to provide specialty services such as concrete work to service the 100+ properties I renov

They hire people that can not drive almost cause a wreck and want to try to start a fight on the side of the road very unprofessional
