My experience with this company was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Their work is unprofessional, incomplete, and entirely self-serving. I hired them for a mold remediation job after a pipe burst in my home. What I got was shoddy, rushed work that barely met minimum standards—if that. John was outstanding today! He took the time to explain his services to me and answered ALL of my questions. You can tell he’s extremely knowledgeable of his trade when ever you talk to him. I had soooooo many questions today and John answered all of them for me with pleasure and enthusiasm! For example, when I asked about a price, John was very supportive, and thorough when explaining the costs. He was very professional and had a naturally lovely personality.
