We had a new mini split installed, and the experience was outstanding. David, Maynor, and the entire American Cooling team delivered exceptional service—the installation looks fantastic, and they left everything spotless. I’m extremely pleased with their work and will gladly call on them again. Highly recommended!

We had a failed coil (corroded and leaked) and they'd replaced the coil in our unit 2 years earlier (sticker on the unit from the previous home owner), so I called them and had them take a look. They came out the same day and after poking at it for a few hours told me it would be replaced under warranty to repair and they could have the part the next day. I didn't ask more questions. Stupid me. Warranty usually means "our bad, we'll fix it". They came back, installed it, and then charged me 1900$. Turns out, the coil part itself was warranty but everything else was not (investigation, labor, parts for everything except the coil itself, etc.). We appreciate your professionalism and skillful manner during our recent AC maintenance visit. I called and spoke to Jess and she was able to get us in within less than a week, and at a time that was actually convenient for us! Daniel and V did an excellent job in our home during AC maintenance -though I can't speak for the technical side of things. They were thorough, professional, and tidy. They communicated clearly what they were doing in advance. They also found a couple of small Issues that they took care of on the spot.
