American Discount Oil

I know for a fact their shorting me. I will not order here again. Their not giving me the amount I order and their slips arent even legitimate. They don't have the trucks starting gallons and ending gallons after pumping into your tank. All the ticket says is they pumped x amount of gallons. I also know your shorting me because there's a huge deficit every time and I ordered from you taking pictures of the meter and then I finally used a yard stick and had a professional measure it. It was short nearly 40 gallons of my delivery. Never again. They also hide their name under 3 different companies. If you order from here a truck from pioneer valley will show up. This is how their getting away with it.

My experience with this company has been nothing but fabulous. Jessica answering the phone was more than pleasant and helped me out immediately when my regular oil company told me they wouldn't. Jerry the oil delivery guy was super nice and friendly. They only charge 45.00 dollars for a pilot relight witch I did not need thanks to there prompt delivery, when they knew I was was sitting on the empty line. Williams oil charges 125.00 for a relight witch is criminal, especially when people are struggling just to keep oil in their tanks. My new oil company and I couldn't be happier.

Go elsewhere if you actually want your heating to work. Incredibly rude over the phone

Might save a few dollars but pay and go elsewhere. First delivery they held nearly 1200 dollars for a fill up. Questioned it and guess they didn’t like that. Their driver also spilled oil on our deck. Not big deal and we cleaned it up ourselves. In meantime owner decided to not deliver to us anymore so when I called for a delivery we were told that. Also told we had a leak… which was what spilled from the hose when he finished filling last time Oh well… oil companies are a dime a dozen but you won’t get any good reviews from us when anyone ask. Great customer service guy

Absolutely horrendous service. They are under new management, kept the money from my previous account refused to do my delivery or refund my husband. I called back & asked for a quote & the price was drastically different. Save your money & go somewhere else these people are terrible thieves & the owners behave like angry toddlers. They’ll take your money and tell you they wont provide you service anymore. Theres a good reason this company keeps having to change its business name. Shame on you.
