Our experience with American Electric in Alamosa was extremely poor. We paid cash for our items, and when a refund was due, it took over two months to receive the check. This is an unacceptable timeline for returning a customer's money. Furthermore, when we called the store after the expected arrival date to inquire about the significant delay and locate the check, the staff met us with nothing but hostility. They were unhelpful and defensive. Based on the poor customer service and the two-month-plus delay in processing a cash refund, I would strongly recommend finding an alternative provider
