Alan Skinner came out and inspected our roof. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and explained the entire process, making sure that we understood all aspects. He dealt with our insurance, brought samples to the house, and always responded immediately to any questions. He coordinated everything, and advised us on what to do and to expect. The materials arrived on time, the crew came first thing in the morning, protected our shrubs and plants and finished it all in one day. Very thorough clean up afterwards.
