Everyone from Kyle to the installers were excellent to work with. They were very nice, efficient and just good people. Everything explained to me was done as described. They showed me where the dampers were to adjust airflow and reviewed the operation of the system. I interviewed 3 heating and air companies to do a complete removal and install. They won on all aspects- product quality, price and efficiency.

This morning our heater decided to stop working so we called American Energy. Craig arrived promptly after 10am and was kind, knowledgeable, and quick to identify the issue. He quickly resolved the issue and made sure that everything was working as it should. He informed me of the options that I have for the warranty and made me feel confident that any issue I may encounter in the future would easily be addressed. 6 Star service. Garrett was our technician for our HVAC which was failing to provide airflow. He quickly assessed the issue and got right to work for the repair, replacing a failed motor fan. Within an hour the unit was blowing air from the heater and A/C better than it ever had before. The cost was very reasonable considering the type of component needing replacing.
