Servicemaster is an excellent company. After a water leak was stopped by a plumber, they have cleanly eliminated all the areas affected by the leak including wallboard, the wood box under the sink and ensured all structural wood was thoroughly dried and there was no mold present. The employees are professional, considerate and cooperative.

We had a water loss that took 6 or so months or so to get fully approved. The group here was so helpful both with the water damage and the rebuild of the area. All of the people who came to the house for the different parts of the project were really wonderful also. Definitely will be my first call if something else happens.

I had a plumbing leak and my homeowners insurance had ServiceMaster Restore come out within a couple hours of calling. Owner Ryan has been amazing in coordinating the water mitigation process and keeping me posted with each step. The on-site crew lead by Damian has been incredible, taking great care and expertise with my home, belongings, and ensuring that all damaged areas have been removed and treated properly. We had a water heater that leaked into our laundry room and kitchen. Service Master came and assessed the water damage and then when the abatement was done, they came back with fans to dry the area out. The employees we extremely knowledgeable, and took great care to make sure things were done the right way. and that we had dry walls and floor. I would highly recommend this company.

Jakob and his crew were professional, on-time, knowledgeable and explained everything that needed to be done. They got the damaged area secured and materials out in one day and followed up with drying, dehumidifying and mold abatement. Would recommend this crew without reservation to anyone in need of this service.
