Update: Stay away from this company! you’ll see below I was pleased with the sales visit and the work done in the beginning. After a couple of months though my driveway started to show signs of white at the bottom of the driveway. Basically my driveway seal has failed. Their product didn’t last. I contacted them over and over for them to come and re-do it and fix the bad area and got every excuse in the book: “Guys are out sick, not enough workers, ran out of chemicals, waiting for new chemical delivery, we’re very busy but will get you on the schedule when we’re in the area, rain is in the forecast” etc. My favorite excuse was that it was the fault of the contractors who installed the pavers. Avoid this business at all costs. After 4 months of mistake after mistake, this is how my beautiful home was left. They sent 4 different crews over the past 4 plus months and ruined our screen room. This picture show resin sealer was left on the posts. The entire cage must be sanded and repainted. The second picture shows their attempt to repaint. Black paint was brushed onto bronze aluminum. It is a terrible mess and must be sanded and removed. The third picture is sealer left on the screens. They must be replaced. Cost for the repairs for the destruction $5,700. The fourth picture is of my driveway and walkway after they sealed it. The cloudiness is still there months later. It will probably cost an additional $2000 to strip and reseal the driveway and walkway. They do not take my

Last spring, I had a group called American Family Exteriors out to clean and re-seal my driveway and lanai. The driveway looked good initially, but within weeks, the sand eroded, pavers shifted and weeds started growing. (see pictures). Lanai was "sealed" 15 minutes before a rain squall and all the sealer ran into the pool. I've called multiple times to have them come out and fix things as they were supposed to be under warranty. They won't call back or honor that warranty. At this point I'd settle for a refund. What happened to the American work ethic?

Our experience with the company was lower than a one star. It was a major deal to even get them here to do the job! Excuse after excuse! Once it was finished, it looked good. But, only for a short time. I would never recommend them. Oh, what warranty? Joke.

My wife and I called American Family for a quote on pressure washing the home and driveway along with 2 skylights we have. We interviewed several companies who were cheaper but really liked the owner and went ahead and contracted AFE to do the work. Not only was the entire home CLEANER THAN WHEN WE BOUGHT IT but the owner's son Josh was amazingly patient. He didn't mind us watching them work and even answered some questions we had. I woukd recommend American Family Exteriors to anyone who isn't just looking for the cheapest option out there but rather looking for high-end quality cleaning with care! THANKS GUYS!!
