American Fence and Decks

I'm normally not a person to be leaving reviews, but here I am hoping it might help both the customer parties and the business. It has been over two weeks since my last initial estimate. Since then, I have not received any follow ups or anything from them. I did call myself to follow up, not once not twice since then, as well as numerous messages. One conversation they stated that a qoute from their supplying designer supposedly emailed me..., based off of that, they assumed that I was not interested anymore. I mean I didn't get any email from their supplier. I called a different time and that person said, so and so will call me back, and nothing. Is it really my responsiblity to do follow ups on customers... If you dont want my business, just say so and stop leading me that you will event

Very unhelpful. I need a fence for my new home and am not sure exactly what I need and the gentleman on the phone just brushed me off and lost a sale too.
