This company is completely disorganized. I tried to order a rubber threshold 3 different times and each time it said it was being delivered that day, only to find out it was never even shipped. I only finally received it after purchasing on Amazon and having Amazon reach out to them about the whereabouts of the package. I also had a flooring delivery set to be delivered in 3 days and now they're telling me its going to be another 5 weeks. Who knows where this flooring will end up. If you're looking for a headache free purchase, try someone else. If you're looking to spend hours hunting down your purchases and stressing about whether your shipment will ever arrive, by all means, try them out.
