I've had two separate dealings with AFS. Both times, they've been Professional, Timely and friendly. The first time was an installation of a new Unit. These guys worked their butts off in the rain, mud and chill. They were all excellent to work with! I gave them five stars, because there is no way to give them ten stars. I'd use them again in a heartbeat.

Our HVAC system went out, and we were struggling to find help. Greg from American Freedom Services was a lifesaver! He responded to our messages promptly and came out the same day, while other companies were telling us it would be 5-7 days without AC. Greg’s professionalism and quick response were truly exceptional. Highly recommend their services!

Absolute 10/10! We've been under American Freedom's maintenance plan since buying our home a few years ago, and the experience has been nothing short of perfect. These folks don't believe in a band-aid solution, and instead address problems at their root. My Technician was very knowledgeable. Explained the tests he was performing and the results to the tests. Very thorough and very polite. I would recommend this company to anyone needing service with their heating and cooling system.

What an excellent company. Greg was knowledgable about my units. i recently called another AC company for a service check on my units since I never had it done before. That company said that I am low on freon, and the coils have a leak in them. Greg check my systems out and said I was not losing any freon and my units do not show any weakness on working. i would recommend anyone to American Freedom.
