I am so grateful to American Garage Door! They really rescued me from a bad situation. My garage door was installed by another company but was poorly installed and as a result - my door had issues. I had opening gaps exposing my garage to frigid temps. Two garage door companies came out and made the problem worse. Third time is the charm…! I called American Garage Door and they came right down that day, Their tech was VERY knowledgable and knew exactly what needed to be done. He made a series of adjustments and secured the door. I now have peace of mind. They were very affordable too. Don’t get burnt! Call American Garage Door and get it fixed right the first time. 👍🏻

Buyers be aware that this company doesn’t do the work themselves, and give the work to subcontractors. My middle garage had stopped working few backs so I called this company and they sent a technician the next day. When I asked the guy in which name I have to make the check, he gave a different name and that’s how I found out that this company uses subcontractors. Next day when my husband wanted to close the other garage door from the keypad it didn’t work. I was very confused and I called the guy who had come to fix it. His reply was why do you want to open all the garages from the keypad, I said that’s how we used to do. He said new keypad is not compatible with other garage doors. Then I got very upset because he didn’t tell me any of this before doing the job. I called American Garage

We have used American Garage Door & Glass quite a few times for minor and major repairs. They are always prompt to return calls and we have always felt prioritized with them. They seem to have just about everything in stock as well and if not it is obtained relatively quickly. The techs are always polite. Highly recommend !

I cannot say enough good things about these people! I called because there was an issue with the garage door they installed for me and it wouldn't close properly. The person on the phone looked up my records and sent over someone right away. I mentioned to them that this had happened a year ago and a technician had fixed it - but it never felt right. The guy who came was quick, fixed it in a couple of minutes - they didn't charge me a second time. Best customer service. Will always go to them if I need anything. Btw - when I redid my garage, these guys did the original install too. Very professional!

Very pleased with my overall experience with American Garage Door. The initially repaired my broken coil in late June. The turnaround time from being broken to fixed was within 24 hours. Quite impressive. What I appreciated the most is what happened yesterday to this morning. Some nuts came off making my garage door inoperable. I called yesterday morning and just had my door fixed at no extra charge. I appreciate that they stood by their work. I would not hesitate using them again. Quite pleased!
