American Gutter Cleaning responded promptly to my request to clean my gutters. Ned called me and gave me a reasonable quote to do the work, at which I agreed to. Within a few days, it was done. An invoice was left on my front door knob with several methods of payment. I had a very easy experience with American Gutter Cleaning and will utilize their services in the future. My property was left clean and they are very professional in the way they go about their work.

I’ve been a loyal customer of American Gutter and Cleaning for many years, especially after a few disappointing experiences with other companies. Today, two young gentlemen arrived to clean my gutters - one of whom I believe was named Guam. They did an outstanding job from start to finish. Not only were the gutters cleaned thoroughly, but they also tidied up afterward and even blew the leaves away from around the house. I wholeheartedly recommend American Gutter and Cleaning for their professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent service.

This morning, the crew completed work at my home and, unfortunately, the quality was subpar. They walked the perimeter of the roof and blew debris—including leaves and other materials—onto the siding, windows, grill, HVAC unit, and generator. They then used a leaf blower to move the debris into the yard and left a loose pile with a bag placed on the driveway. All of this was captured on video. Additionally, they did not flush the gutters or clean up after themselves, leaving the property in worse condition than before they arrived. Not to mention the just walk the roof, no safety harness no nothing. I wouldn’t let these guys back on my property, poor job and high liability.

Called American Gutter to install a water diversion solution over our front entryway that prevents the waterfall on our entryway every time it rains. I’ve owned the home for 9 years and gutters full of leaves or freshly cleaned still have the waterfall where we least need it. I was not present when they arrived on July 3d but got a call that my gutters were clogged. I laughed but said sure go ahead and clean the gutters…$250.00. When I returned home a few days later and saw the ridiculous joke of a solution—12” small barrier on the gutter that diverts more water that also now falls on the front entryway—I actually laughed. $100.00. Absurd and 110% ineffective. Next rain??? There’s the glorious waterfall just as it had always been. Wish I could post the before and after vid

I recently used American Gutter for a cleaning after seeing them install gutters at another home on my street. I called the office and was actually able to speak to a live person right away, got my quote right over the phone and had my gutters cleaned within a week or so of calling. The guys that came out were very quick and efficient, and I received a follow up call when they found some issues with my gutters. I can't recommend them enough because they were able to answer my questions and make sure I knew what was going to happen each step of the way. They'll have a customer for years to come.
