I had a great experience with my tech Jose . He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and fixed it efficiently. Throughout the visit, they were very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was going on and how to prevent future problems. Everything was left clean and working perfectly. I really appreciated how helpful and courteous they were and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing HVAC service.

Our tech, Nautica, was absolutely outstanding. We had two major issues: 1. Very cold bedroom on the second floor, and 2. A thermostat that kept rebooting unexpectedly. Nautica climbed through our crawl space to adjust the dampeners in the cold room and corrected it immediately. She then diagnosed that the home builder had improperly installed the thermostat so she corrected. Nautica then helped my wife setup the thermostat for automatic seasonal switching between heating and cooling. American Heating and Cooling had a tech out within one day of calling for assistance. Extremely pleased with Nautica and American.

My experience was great. Kyle provided great service and educated me on my hvac system and also gave me info on how to save on my monthly utilities. I would definitely recommend Kyle and American Heating and Cooling for your next HVAC service or repair.

We had Nautica out yesterday for an issue with our thermostat. She is the most educated technician we have ever had from an AC company. We have lived in 3 states with 4 houses and she explained more to us in a visit than anyone has ever educated us about our heating and cooling. She is friendly and appreciate her patience with us asking questions to make sure we understand.

Chris was amazing! We had recurring issues with our heat not working, even after two different people came out to check it with no success. Chris took the time to do a thorough inspection of everything and made sure we’d be set for the winter. He even came back out on a Saturday morning to finish the job and make sure everything was working perfectly. Truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend!
