American HVAC and American Services

Years ago I was abandoned by the AC company that I had been using. I still had a warranty but they wouldn't answer the phone. I found American Services and they bent over backwards to find out what my warranty was with American Standard and fix my problem. They have been my AC company since. They are the BEST around. Always on time, good work, good price. If it's not broken they don't fix it. The last time they were out the technician drained the shop vac that I used to get the water out of the drain pan, after he BROUGHT IT DOWN THE STAIRS from the attic! It was full and heavy (which is why it was still up there.) That's above and beyond!!!

They were always able to get our old AC fixed on the same day until the flood killed it. They've installed 2 systems in 2 houses for us over the past couple years. The guys worked hard and got job done.

Fast response time and very reasonable prices. I'm definitely keeping their number on my speed dial.

Absolutely horrible customer service. Find another place. The girl who answers calls was not helpful and just wanted to argue.

Ask for Sue, she is amazing. Always eager to help and will get a tech out asap.
