Chris from American Land MGMT just completed a garage demolition for me at my property in Melbourne Beach, FL. The team did a great job with the demo and left nothing behind. As well, the garage was partly attached to the main house and they made sure there was no damage to the house. I needed a building permit to allow Chris to demo the garage, but the permitting process took a lot longer than I thought it would. Chris was very understanding and once the permit was approved he was ready to go. Great quality work, very responsive and extremely professional. Highly recommended.

👍👍 Absolutely awesome service and workmanship. I needed 5 acres of brush cleared, half-a-mile of ditches re-dug, 12 loads of millings spread and a pond re-dug. These guys take their work seriously and treated my property as though it were their own. Not afraid to get dirty, not afraid of hard work, and very strategic in their approach.
