I am extremely disappointed in American landscape and services within the last 2 weeks. I have called the company practically every day, I have left voice messages and no response. I finally received a text from Mark stating he would call me in 10 minutes on June 27th. He never called back. Since then I have been calling few times a day leaving messages for him to contact me. I believe he is ignoring my calls because he refuses to do the work, the follow through with Mark is extremely unprofessional!

I reach out to Mark to help us trim our trees, add new mulch, clean our yard and take care of the weeds. Mark and his team did an excellent job. Mark kept in contact with us through the job and gave us a reasonable price for our small yard. He made sure we were happy with his work before leaving and went above and beyond with the result.
