We had an excellent experience with our pool installation from start to finish with American Lifestyle Pools. Alex and Josh were professional, hands-on, and in constant communication before, during, and even after the project was completed. Our dig started on August 7th, and we had full water by September 4th. An impressive timeline but what truly sets them apart is that the customer service didn’t end there. Anytime we’ve had a question (even something like preparing for an upcoming ice storm), we can text them and they’re quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They handled everything seamlessly, including HOA coordination, submitting the pool and yard design, county permits, and inspections, which took a huge weight off our shoulders. 5 Stars for ALP!!! If I'm building another pool, American Lifestyle pools will be hired again!!! They are about next to perfect as a reasonable person can expect. My wife and I were in the market for a pool for the past 5 years and we have had over a dozen people come to quote us on a pool. I avoided a lot of post-purchased regret, by not going with the cheapest or the most expensive, but getting it done right the first time. Finally, when it came down to choosing our contractor, we went with Scott Morey. He didn't try to talk us out of what we wanted, he did not change our initial design plans, we came out of the gate on "Go". Alex and Josh were always professional and responsive during our pool build. They completed building our beautiful pool quicker than promised. They remained responsive and easy to talk to after our pool was completed and throughout the county inspection process. I would use them again and have referred them to everyone.
