TRiO Construction Exteriors & Remodeling

I had Trio Construction add new gutters to my house and I could not be happier with the experience. I first reached out, and Phil, the owner, came out personally to take a look. They gave us a fantastic price and were patient while we replaced our garage door and painted the house before moving forward. When the time came, the crew showed up exactly when they said they would and did a fantastic job. Everyone was super professional and friendly, and the gutters changed the look of the house. They even had a project manager on site all day who was knowledgeable and made sure everything went smoothly. We would highly recommend Trio Construction to anyone looking for gutters or other construction work.

TrioC did an amazing job replacing our siding, gutters, front porch, and back patio. They were patient, kind, and made sure every detail was perfect. The transformation is stunning, and months later we’re still getting compliments. They completely revitalized the exterior of our home. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Trio. After a tree fell on our house during Hurricane Helene, Trio provided water mitigation and rebuilt our interior spaces. Phil and Camilla were wonderful to work with. They communicated frequently and explained what was happening at each phase of the project. Their workers were professional, very courteous, and did excellent work. Phil worked with our insurance adjuster to make sure their estimates were accepted and covered. Camilla recommended some additional work that wasn't originally included in our insurance estimate, and our insurance accepted and covered the work. Working with Trio was a very positive experience.

We flooded our upstairs bedrooms and Trio responded in amazing time and was able to remediate quickly. They also remodeled the areas affected and replaced all of the flooring upstairs. They took care of everything including moving all furniture. One key thing I appreciated was that they spent a lot of time protecting the floors with covering where the workers were walking, completely covered our stairs, and also used plastic to seal areas so dust doesn’t spread. They even covered our pictures on the wall! I’ve never had a team care so much! They kept us updated on progress and completed the job in a timely manner!

We've worked with TRiO on a couple home projects now and will definitely be hiring them again for future projects as well. They really set the bar for communication and quality work. They kept us updated on progress and if the schedule needed adjustments, they worked with us to find ways to make those adjustments with as little impact to the original schedule as possible. If you've ever worked with a contractor that was hard to get a hold of and never returned phone calls/texts, you're going to love working with TRiO.
