American Mastercraft

I had my roof replaced by American Mastercraft January 2023 after it was damaged by hurricane Ian. American Mastercraft applied for the permit to replace the roof but did not follow through on getting the proper paperwork to the city when the project was completed. I keep getting told they are working on it to resolve the issue. This is UNSATISFACTORY. It has now been over 1 1/2 years. Now my insurance is needing proof the project was complete. I do not recommend this company.

Barry and american mastercraft took care of our home after hurricane ian, and did excellent quality work on our roof, process was timely, but they handled everything with our insurance and got the job done accordingly.

Thank you American Master Craft we had a National Hurricane disaster here and Tom and Don were amazing once I called they arrived within a day they were fast to tarp my home to secure it from any other damage they were then quick to get my new roof on once the insurance approved it about 4 weeks they did great craftsman ship and it looks beautiful I can't thank them enough American MasterCraft is highly recommended by me and will be my number one go to for all my roofing needs in the future ther are personable great quality professional Nina Gay
